I had a virtual meeting with Dr Richard Satraino today and I must say this is the first doctor to take his time and actually listen to what I was saying. Highly recommend him. Been seeing him for awhile now and I still have the same exact opinion. Still have the same exact opinion of Dr Satraino but the front desk could not possibly be worse.

Learning to Balance Acceptance and Change

Living with heightened emotional sensitivity can often make everyday interactions feel like a high-stakes effort. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) was created specifically to bridge the gap between accepting who you are right now and learning skills to change what isn’t serving you.
Our team will guide you through the four core skill modules of DBT, helping you respond to emotional waves thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively:

Feeling heard should start even before  your first session.

At Community Minds, we don’t just book appointments. We build relationships that work for you. Before we match you with a provider, someone from our friendly intake team will give you a quick call. We’ll listen to what you’re looking for (your goals, your schedule, and your preferences), so we can connect you with the right therapist or prescriber from the start. We’re here to make sure you get the support you need.

Fill out the form and we’ll be in touch within the next 24 hours (or the next business day). We’re here to help, and make it as easy as possible for you.
