I had a virtual meeting with Dr Richard Satraino today and I must say this is the first doctor to take his time and actually listen to what I was saying. Highly recommend him. Been seeing him for awhile now and I still have the same exact opinion. Still have the same exact opinion of Dr Satraino but the front desk could not possibly be worse.

Gentle, Person-Centered Support When You Need It Most

Sometimes, what you need most isn’t an intense, complex therapeutic framework—it’s a safe, reliable environment where you feel fully seen, heard, and supported. Supportive Psychotherapy focuses on reducing distress, strengthening your self-esteem, and helping you regain a sense of emotional stability during challenging times.
Rather than diving deeply into past conflicts, your provider works alongside you in the present. Through empathetic listening, encouragement, and practical advice, we help you build resilience and navigate personal or professional stressors with confidence.

Feeling heard should start even before  your first session.

At Community Minds, we don’t just book appointments—we build relationships that work for you. Before we match you with a provider, someone from our friendly intake team will give you a quick call. We’ll listen to what you’re looking for (your goals, your schedule, and your preferences), so we can connect you with the right therapist or prescriber from the start. We’re here to make sure you get the support you need.

Fill out the form and we’ll be in touch within the next 24 hours (or the next business day). We’re here to help, and make it as easy as possible for you.
