01

Patient First & Collaboration

We place patients at the center of everything we do, ensuring their voices drive our mission. We are collaborative with our patients in the care we provide. We listen, and we don’t judge. We meet patients where they are at. We believe that sustainable mental healthcare transformation is achieved through collective and organized action that begins with patient needs and experiences. More than that, we believe diversity breeds innovation and thus, collaboration between patients, providers, and communities is one of our most treasured values, with the patient perspective always guiding our path forward.

02

Clinical Excellence with Compassion

We provide the highest standard of evidence-based care while treating each person with dignity, empathy, and respect. We acknowledge the different perspectives that exist in mental healthcare and believe we can build better outcomes by creating synergies between clinical expertise and lived experience, rather than being separated by traditional healthcare hierarchies.

03

Innovation Through Inclusion

Community Minds is built on the unshakable foundation that every mental health journey is worth honoring, every difference is a strength. We do not submit to treatment traditions "just because it is the way it is," we are here to build new approaches that benefit those seeking mental healthcare and all who support them.

04

Accessibility & Equity

We believe wholeheartedly in all definitions of diversity, inclusion, and equity in mental health services. We stand for equality and believe no matter your culture, diagnosis, economic background or identity, you deserve access to quality care and to be part of a supportive community that meets you where you are.

Transparency & Accountability

We commit to being open about outcomes, pricing, and processes, fostering trust with those we serve. We are continually humbled by the resilience, insight, wisdom, and courage embodied by the individuals in our mental health community.
